High-resolution cameras with advanced optical filters verify the correct application of the primer on every centimetre of profile in real time. The system sees what the human eye cannot see during production and intervenes immediately.

Visually verifying uniform primer application throughout production is a difficult task. And when you realise something is wrong, metres and metres of profile have already passed through, turning into costly waste.

As soon as it detects an anomaly in the primer application, the system alerts the operator with a clear and timely alarm. No more doubts, no more late discoveries. Your operators can correct the problem immediately, before metres of profile become waste.

EVA was developed entirely and trained exclusively on internal technical documentation: operating manuals, maintenance procedures, spare parts diagrams and company knowledge base. This approach ensures accurate, up-to-date responses consistent with internal standards.

Modular primer cabin: your production process evolves. Customers change, requirements change, primers change. But until now, your machine’s primer cabin remained the same: rigid, fixed, impossible to modify without costly and complicated technical interventions.

With STRATO EVO, we have completely redesigned the cabin for the primer application and drying zone. The concept is simple: total modularity. Configure the cabin based on the primer you use today, and if your needs change tomorrow, the cabin can be adapted without problems.

More space, greater accessibility: we listened to our customers’ feedback and completely redesigned the cabin’s interior spaces. The central blower that feeds the air heaters is now integrated on top of the cabin, freeing up valuable space. Air tubes run from above, giving your operators far easier access to the profile and a work area that is finally tidy and functional.

Simplified primer calibration system: the automatic primer dosing system has also been redesigned. The calibration procedure, previously laborious and tedious, is now simple and fast. The graduated test tubes remain in a fixed position and are fitted with a practical tap. During calibration, close the tap, complete the operation and reopen it to start work immediately. No more delicate movements, no more risk of damaging the test tubes. Your operators work faster and with greater safety.

Integrated primer feeding pump: the integrated primer feed pump supplied as standard ensures precise and stable delivery at all work stages. The system also allows greater flexibility during machine stoppages, minimising waste and ensuring that every restart is immediate and reliable.

LED optical barriers: The new barriers are fitted with integrated LEDs that immediately signal any errors, allowing your operators to identify the problem at a glance. Alignment, previously a delicate and frustrating operation, is now facilitated by guide LEDs that make the procedure quick and intuitive. But the real innovation is management via smartphone app. Your technicians can configure, monitor and diagnose the safety system directly from their phone, with no specialist equipment or complicated procedures.

New entry and exit guides that adapt to all profiles: the safety tunnels at entry and exit are essential for protecting your operators during profile insertion and extraction. But until now they also represented a limitation when you needed to work with particular profiles — those with negative development below the level of the transport wheels.

STRATO EVO’s new entry and exit guides slide on dedicated vertical rods, allowing your operators to quickly create the necessary space for any type of profile. Identify the correct position, tighten the lower handle and the system locks stably in position.
