The most common modernisation of foil lamination machines that WPR carries out each year is the installation of WPR’s world-renowned slot nozzle technology on third-party systems, usually in conjunction with the replacement of the adhesive melter.  We have put together a kit of components that can be installed particularly quickly and easily on all systems. The obsolete components of the old system are removed, and the new lamination system is simply placed on the machine frame.

The standard version of the kit consists of:

  • Hot melter (model of your choice) with glue hose
  • Assembly of the slot nozzle holder
  • Slot nozzle in the desired application width
  • Foil holder (double or single) with integrated foil brake

Depending on your requirements and the focus of the project, additional components such as a nip roller, an automatic primer dosing system or optional technologies such as signalling systems and temperature controls can be added. We adapt entirely to your requirements.
