Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing is a system that allows employees or other people to report illegal conduct, unethical practices or irregularities that occur within the company, protecting the whistleblower.

This mechanism was introduced by Law No. 190 of 6 November 2012 “Provisions for the prevention and repression of corruption and illegality in the Public Administration”.
