The Management Model 231/01 is an organizational tool, a guide for ethical and compliant business management, adopted by companies to prevent crimes and ensure compliance with the regulations introduced by Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001. Indeed, this decree has provided for the administrative liability of entities, applicable when certain crimes are committed by managers, top-level employees or collaborators in the interest or to the advantage of the company.
